Mes travaux sont principalement centrés sur la Dystrophie Myotonique de type 1 (DM1 ou maladie de Steinert), une des maladies neuromusculaires les plus fréquentes chez l'adulte, causée par une expansion de séquences CTG répétées. Les axes de recherche développés visent d’une part à décrypter les mécanismes physiopathologiques induits par l’expression de répétition de triplets CTG, et d’autre part, à développer des approches thérapeutiques innovantes pour le DM1. L’objectif général de l’équipe est d’accélérer la recherche translationnelle pour la Dystrophie Myotonique.
